Watch out how you eat to keep your energy high.

Depending what you it, this can damage your energy and stay heavy in your stomach and create bad sleep.


Avoid greasy food like sausages or red meat in the evening. It is slowing down your digestive system and gives restless nights. You accumulate tiredness in the morning and have difficulty to wake up, which reduces your willpower.


Less food is good for your energy and your digestive system. Eat well in the morning and less in the evening, that will keep your energy at a constant balanced level
